Job Responsibilities:

• To handle negotiation with SME & Micro Credit and education loan borrowers on repayment of loans and to prepare proposals / reports pertaining to requests from borrowers including but not limited to restructuring and rescheduling (R&R) to the relevant committee for consideration and approval;
• To manage and compile loan collection report, Bad Debt Recovery report and other periodical status reports to Superior or Committee(s); To liaise with educational institutions, external parties such as legal firms or credit reporting agencies or business associates on loan matters;
• To work with other team members towards achievement of departmental KPIs and objectives; and
• Assist in managing and enhancement of loan system.
