Koperasi Jayadiri Malaysia Berhad (KOJADI) will no longer be sending out physical notices for the year 2026 Area-Members Meeting (AMM) in accordance with the Society’s By-Law registered on 23 December 2024 which allow KOJADI to send out AMM notices electronically. KOJADI believes that sending information electronically ensures notices are delivered to members efficiently and timely.
In line with the above implementation, we will use electronic communications methods such as WhatsApp and e-mail to send out the 2026 AMM E-notices. At the same time, members are advised to obtain latest information regarding AMM schedules in KOJADI’s website from mid December 2025 to March 2026.
In accordance with the KOJADI’s By-Laws, a member admitted on or before 30 June 2025 and still holds such shares in the register of members on the date of issue of the AMM notice shall be entitled to attend the 2026 AMM.
To ensure AMM E-notices are delivered to members, all qualified members of KOJADI are encouraged to provide or update your valid email address and/ or mobile numbers to us via KOJADI website: https://www.kojadi.my/member/ (To click “Membership Info Update”) or via e-mail: member@kojadi.com.my on or before 30 November 2025.
