Datuk Tan Kim Leong was conferred Panglima Jasa Negara (PJN)
by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Syed Putra Jamalullail in conjunction with the King's 63rd birthday in 2006.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia (ICAA) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He also holds other professional memberships at the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
