GENERAL MANAGER
 
Job Functions:
  • Be reponsible to achieve set objectives and targets, formulating, implementing and monitoring strategic policies and procedures. 
  • Overall responsible for management's operation, business deveploments and introduction of new service measurers and opportunities. 
  • Develop and execute annual budgets and mid and long term strategiec plans.
  • Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the respective heads.

Requirements:

  • Recognized degree or professional qualification. Retired accountant is encouraged to apply.  
  • At least 8 years of working experience at managerial level.
  • Articulate, able to multi-tasking and result oriented. 
  • Able interact with people at all levels. 
  • A dynamic team player with good leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
 
 
ADMINISTRATIVE & HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT MANAGER
 
Job Functions:
  • Reponsible for planning, organising and controlling of the overall Administration & Human Resources Department.
  • Able to write minutes, meeting reports and correspond wth government authorities.
  • Accountable for full spectrum of HR encompassing recruitment, talent and performance management.  

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Manegement discipline, preferebly with those who have company secretariat experiences. 
  • Minimum 2 years working experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills, positive attitude, result oriented and able to resolve work problems. 
  • Strong leadership and ability to work well with all levels of employees.
  • Good written and communication skills in English.
 
 
MEMBERSHIP & LOAN EXECUTIVE
 
Job Functions:
  • To handle member's affairs and to plan or organize loan promotion activities. 
  • To assist in loan processing and other related loan administrative duties.
  • To attend school education fair and to make regular visitations to colleges and educational bodies.

Requirements:

  • At least a degree holder and having 1 to 2 years working experience.
  • Computer literate. 
  • Poficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage. 
  • Preferably with valid driving license and own transport (car) and willing to traval locally and outstations.
  • Outspoken and must be able to work independently.
 
 
ANALYST PROGRAMMER
 
Job Functions:
  • To provide user support for customized software system.
  • To engage with external software developer on the customized software system.
  • To perform tasks assigned by ICT Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computing or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year working experience. 
  • Experience in ASP, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel.
